It's been nice to talk to you in regards to the great measure of professionalism from Mr. Hartly (the Shanghai tour guide) in line of work duty of tourism.  He did an extra mile of work support & leadership patiently to help all members all the way from the beginning to the end of our tour. He is fantastic.  He needs to be recognized & appreciated by staff. He is the true asset of Grand American Travels.  Don't leave home without HIM, for sure.

First of all, it was a great trip, and everyone enjoyed it very much.  Our national guide, Mary Wu was knowledgeable, helpful and flexible.  She has made our trip so much more enjoyable.  She made our transfer city to city and city to boat so smooth that we had no worry of the commotions that occurred.  When there were not enough sleeping room on the cruise, she offered to sleep on the floor in the room with my two grandchildren.  My daughter insisted to share the room with her and my son-in-law came to share my room.

The hotels are great.  The double beds are adequate for two adult and two kids in all the rooms.  The breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Jin Jiang Tower is great. The single beds in the cruise ship stateroom is only good for one person.

The best dinner we had was the one in Chongqing.  Food was good and decor was superb.  View of the night Chongqing was outstanding.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to let you know what a wonderful experience my husband and I had during the 十二天- 無錫，九華山，九江，廬山，南昌，景德鎮，黃山，杭州，上海世博會 Tour from 09/15 to 09/26. 

We believe the trip was successful largely because of the great service provided by your company’s personnel.  In particular, we thought the following two employees were excellent:

1.      Tour Guide – Ye Hong.  Ms. Ye showed great professionalism, knowledge, humor, and patience during the entire trip.   We were impressed how she was able to accommodate so many difficult requests/questions from our group while maintaining a good attitude.  The group was large and despite this, I never once saw her lose her temper.

2.      Bus Driver – Mr. Wu.  He is probably the most friendly bus driver we’ve ever met. He was always willing to help, had a warm personality, and was an outstanding driver.

This was the first time we’ve been part of a GAT tour and based on our experience, I can see us joining many more in the future.

Except for the heat.....the trip could not have gone better.  Did you see on my Shutterfly (picture) site, what my comments were about GAT?

I thought the tour was perfect.  Great sights, great food, great hotels, and great guides.  Michael and David were absolutely awesome.  We have been telling everyone that inquires that they need to book through Grand American Travel.    Hope to work with you again!   Thanks for all you guys do.

We reurned from our trip last week and we had a great time!!
